QUALIHFON was established with the mission to improve the health status of women and their families through improved access to quality and safe Reproductive health care information and services, with Family Planning information and services as the entry point.

The organization will advance the innovative application of ICT and Knowledge management in promoting quality health care services, with emphasis on disadvantaged and vulnerable segments of the population.
